1. How do I login to my account?
On the www.accreditedmembers.com homepage, there is a button in the upper right hand corner that says "LOGIN". Please click on this button. You will be asked for your email address and your password. Remember that at least one character must be CAPITALIZED and there must be at least one numeric digit. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the blue link in the upper right hand corner that says "Forgot your password?". Just enter your email address, and you will be sent instructions for resetting your password.
2. As a member, how do I search for another member or an issuing company?
There are two different ways to search:
a) On the right side of your homepage, there is a box that says "quick search". Place your cursor in that box and type in a keyword. Then press "search" to the right of the box. This search will bring up any matching text in an article.
b) To search for a specific company or member, click on the link labeled "Advanced search". You then have the option to search a variety of different areas. If you are specifically looking for a member, then you would type their name in the "search for" box and then click on the box that says Member Profiles. Then click the "submit" button. Usually, the members are listed using their first name and then just the first initial of their last name.
Please note that you must be logged in to your account to search.
3. How do I create my account?
On the www.accreditedmembers.com homepage, there is a tab on the far right hand side that is outlined in orange that says “Register”. Simply click on this tab and then fill it out this form and then press the orange button on the bottom of the page that says "Register Now!”. After your confirmed email validation and login, you’re membership will become effective immediately.

6. What is an Accredited Investor?

7. As a member, what are my "guidelines" for an appropriate topic for a posting in a group discussion or Blog in one of AMI's online community areas?
Please keep your postings and blog discussion(s) "on-topic" to small cap/micro cap related investment opportunities. Your opinions on specific company research and their associated financial positions are welcome. However, any personal opinions that can be construed as insults, ranting or other forms of rudeness that can be considered as personal attacks toward other members are unwelcome. Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in termination of your membership.
8. How do I become a featured company (issuer) within the AMI program?

9. What Is AMI?
Accredited Members, Inc. (AMI) has been established to provide the most efficient and powerful system to assist investors and companies in finding one another.
